Returns and Refunds

TBOI Fanshop is a print-on-demand fan-made merch project.

If your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Because products are made on demand, please check the size chart carefully before ordering.

For standard returns, contact us first before sending anything back. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

This policy may be updated before real sales begin.
